By accessing the AetherGrid Systems website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must disconnect from this node immediately.

2. Consulting Services

Information presented on this site regarding Kubernetes Multi-Cluster Orchestration, ArgoCD pipelines, and multi-cloud networking is for informational purposes. Actual service engagements require a separate, mutually signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

3. Intellectual Property

The "Audit, Architect, Automate" methodology, as well as all original content, branding, and structural code of this website, are the intellectual property of AetherGrid Systems based in Austin, TX.

4. Limitation of Liability

AetherGrid Systems shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this website. We do not guarantee 99.999% uptime for this marketing site, though we do engineer it for our clients' infrastructure.
